The seven Archangels that we venerate by name.

Archangel Michael is the head of the entire heavenly host.

Archangel Gabriel is the messenger of God’s Providence.

Archangel Raphael is a merciful healer.

Archangel Uriel is the light or the fire of God.

Archangel Salaphiel is the patron of prayer.

Archangel Jegudiel is the patron, defender and helper of all those who toil.

Archangel Barachiel is the angel of God’s blessings.

Paradise Lost

Pandemonium –чертог Сатаны

Adam – The first human, the father of our race.

Eve – The first woman and the mother of mankind.

God the Father – One part of the Christian Trinity.

God the Son – Jesus Christ, the second part of the Trinity.

Holy Spirit – The third of the God/Son Trinity

Chaos – Chaos rules a realm of confusion on the edges of Hell, with his silent consort, Night, and a troop of unsound courtiers including Chance, Rumour, Tumult and Discord. Satan crosses the abyss and encounters Chaos and Night personified, from whom he asks directions.

Satan – Head of the rebellious angels called Lucifer in heaven before his disobedience.

Devils, inhabiting Hell

Beelzebub – Вельзевул. Lord of the Flies, one of the Fallen Angels and Satan's second in command.

Mammon – Мамон. The epitome of wealth.

Mulciber – Малсибер. A fallen angel who is the chief architect for Pandemonium.

Moloch – Молох. Another fallen angel, one of the generals of Satan's army.

Belial – One of the principal devils in Hell. A complacent, passive fallen angel. Belial doesn't want to fight.

Sin – Satan’s Daughter. Satan later rapes Sin and they have Death.

Death – Satan’s Son by his daughter, Sin. He is a dark, gigantic form who guards the gates of hell with Sin.

Angels, inhabiting Heaven and Earth

Michael – Михаил. The chief of the seven archangels stands guard at the Gate of Heaven.

Gabriel – Гавриил. One of the sevsn archangels of Heaven, a guard at the Garden of Eden.

Uriel – Уриил. One of the seven archangels. An angel who guards the planet earth. Uriel is the angel whom Satan tricks when he is disguised as a cherub.

Raphael – Рафаель. One of the seven archangels.One of the archangels of Heaven, who acts as one of God’s messengers.

Abdiel – Серафим Абдиил. An angel who at first considers joining Satan in rebellion but later returns to God, demonstrates repentance.

Ithuriel – Итуриил. One of the angels who assist Gabriel in guarding Eden. Ithuriel and Zephron capture Satan whispering in Eve's ear.

Zephron – Зефон. One of the angels who assist Gabriel in guarding Eden. Zephron and Ithuriel discover Satan whispering in Eve's ear on his first attempt at corrupting Man.

Ten Commandments

1. You shall no other gods before me. (God should be Number One)

2. You shall not make yourself any graven image. (Don’t bow down to anything but God)

3. You shall not take the Name of the Lord your God in vain. (Don’t use your lips to dishonour God).

4. Remember the Sabath Day to keep it holy. (Don’t neglect the things of God).

5. Honour your Father and your Mother.

6. You shall not kill.

7. You shall not commit adultery. (Adultery leaves a heart broken).

8. You shall not steal.

9. You shall not lie.

10. You shall not covet. (want what others have).

Archangel Michael became the head of the entire heavenly host. For his zeal in working for God he is honored by the Church even to this day.

Archangel Gabriel is the messenger of God’s Providence, the attendant of miracles and divine Mysteries. When we are overcome with doubts, when it seems to us that we have been abandoned by everyone and there is no help from anywhere, we can pray to him.

Archangel Raphael is a merciful healer. He has the power to expel demons.

Archangel Uriel means the light or the fire of God. This archangel enlightens the minds and the hearts of the faithful with the light of divine truths and the fire of divine love.

Archangel Salaphiel is the patron of prayer. He is our primary teacher of prayer. We can pray to Archangel Salaphiel for the Lord to grant us this gift of divine prayer.

Archangel Jegudiel is the patron, defender and helper of all those who toil. Archangel Jegudiel is depicted on icons with a crown of victory in his hands. Such crowns will be earned by those of us who will endure to the very end, who will worthily bear the light yoke of Christ.

Archangel Barachiel is the angel of God’s blessings. While asking God to bless all our good efforts, let us also appeal to Archangel Barachiel for help. He can give us strength to carry our blessed crosses.
