Introduction

Physical, sexual and psychological violence that occurs in the family; sexual abuse of female children in the household; female genital mutilation and other traditional practices harmful to women; non-spousal violence; and violence related to exploitation.

Because it is considered a tabщ, many families do not usually talk about it, especially the women in rural areas. We want to give a priority to this theme because we consider it, of main importance for the open the door and see the reality and show the ability they have.

Also, the training course will bring together young people to support youth work in violence prevention and human rights education and further develop non formal education techniques and approaches in dealing with gender-based violence.

The project will support skills, qualifications and personal development of the participants; It will empower youth with knowledge of practical skills in how to organize new approaches/ methodologies in working with their target groups;

The participants will have possibilities to explore the possibilities of ERASMUS + as a tool.

Participant countries: Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Germany Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey

The target group

• Youth leader, workers would like to contribute with specific expertise in the field of Inter-cultural activities, peace initiatives and spreading message they got as a conclusion;

· Youth has not possibility to participate international activities and to get experience in Erasmus +;

· Youth are interesting to experience to live under common roof in different cultural group;

• Youth workers, leaders, multipliers, trainers are interested to practice different techniques, get experiences on non-violence technology as part of peace promotion and experiential learning as a tool, for developing leadership skills and to empower young people within an inclusion and/or diversity context, in their future ERASMUS + projects;
• Per country we expect 3 participants

Main program elements/ working methodology

The project will be based on intercultural working methods and non-formal education.

Creativity, interactive and group working activities, active participation, workshops, learning by doing, presentations, simulation, role plays, discussions, plenary and eveluatation will be program elements and it will provide further knowledge and understanding of the issue. It will provide provie information about Erasmus +, give the opportunity to share experiences and good practices.

Working Language

The working language is English, the participants need to have ability to communicate and understand in English.

The participation fee

Euro 30 (the money will be deducted from the travel cost) + 500 UAH

Accommodation/ Food: The accommodation will be provided during the project time.

We are responsible to cover the costs of your accommodation and food only during a project

TRAVEL costs INFORMATION

The travelling costs are covered for all the participants in the specific limits offered by Erasmus+ conditions.

The participants need to organize their travel the most economical way according the project dates.

The travel costs will be reimbursed upon the receipt of all needed documents.

Your travel expenses will ONLY be reimbursed upon presentation of documentary evidence of the sum actually paid and you need to present:

1. Original Invoices

2. Original travel tickets (train, flight or bus)

3. Bank /credit card overview with your e-tickets ‘payment

5. Original Boarding passes by plan

In case of any original paper will not be presented the travel reimbursement will be organized by bank transfer.

MEDICAL / TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Participants need to cover their own medical/travel insurance.
