European Music Festival for Young People 2012 – HAPPENING – Saturday April 28
Dear performers in the HAPPENING April 2, 2012
We are very glad to welcome you and and happy you will be a part of this Happening.
Because we know this evening can only be a success if everyone is well informed, we want to give you some rules and information:
The happening will be performed by following ensembles:
Schedule Happening 2012:
Our preparation schedule is rather strict. Please be in time so we have enough time to explain and prepare.
11.30: Meals for choirs in residence
12.00: Rehearsal Imago Tijl (B)
12.15-15.00: Workshop “Sister Act” and “Viva la Vida”: rehearsal of the finale songs
15.00: Practical information: short walk-through of the scenario with
conductors / responsibles and explanation about some practical things
