Im a hearty (good, heavy, poor, choosy, light, fast, slow) eater.

I cant say that I enjoy a hurried meal or eating on the go.

I like to take my time over it.

I never eat to excess (it does people harm)

When I happen to put on weight (when im overweight) I go on a diet (I keep to a slimming diet)

Generally I stick to the rule eat simply.

Hunger is the best sauce
