I am writing to you in connection with the fliers that your company recently printed for our yearly conference.

I wish to complain about the quality of the fliers as well as the delay in receiving them.

My complaints are as follows:

The logo was printed too faintly and was unreadable.

There was a serious spelling mistake.

The fliers should have arrived on 14 May. They finally arrived on 20 May – two days after the conference. This meant that we could not use them at all.

I look forward to receiving your comments and possibly an offer of free fliers for next year’s conference.
