For the filling:

1 egg
100 grams of white cheese (20% fat)
30 g icing sugar
2 tablespoons Brandy
7 grams of gelatin
100 ml cream (35% fat)
10 g ground hazelnuts

For decoration:
60 g almonds, crushed on sticks
125 g dark chocolate
75 ml milk
75 g cream (35% fat)
125 g sugar syrup
Dough:
Preheat oven to 175 degrees
Melt the chocolate in a water bath
Whisk in butter mousse, sugar for glazing, the pulp of the vanilla

Add the egg yolks, melted chocolate and white cheese.
Stir the almonds, hazelnuts and flour, add all this into the mix.
Beat egg whites and salt in the foam, to drown in her sugar
Gradually add the beaten egg whites into the mixture
Grease the baking dish sticks. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about an hour. Cool, remove from the form.
Filling:
Mix the egg yolks, white cheese and 20 sugar for glazing.
Soak the gelatine. To Warm The Brandy. Be prepared by dissolving the gelatin.
Add gelatin in Cognac in the mixture.
Beat egg whites and remaining sugar for glazing in the foam, gradually add to the mixture.
Whip the cream, add nutmeg. Add to cooked mixture. The cream is ready.
Cut the cooled cake into three cake. Grease the bottom two layers of cream. Assemble it again "sticks." Stick sticks almonds.

2. French Christmas Turkey.

Ingredients:
