JOB SUMMARY |
To ensure transfer services to guests between hotels and between hotels and airport with minimum possible cost within the defined standards |
RESPONSIBILITIES | |
1. | To control convenience of vehicle during transfer from airport to hotels and to check guests from lists and to direct them to the vehicles; to collect voucher and to distribute brochure; to convey required information to guests during transfer; to control reservations at hotels if necessary and to inform the related unit/personnel about the problems confronted |
2. | To control pick up time from program, captains and vehicles; to check guests from program; to inform guests during transfer about processes at the airport; to apply guests satisfaction questionnaire and to inform the related unit/personnel about the problems confronted |
3. | After transfer to take board from the vehicle, to control the vehicle and to inform the related unit/personnel if there are forgotten things |
4. | To fill transfer report after transfer and deliver reports to related unit and to deliver questionnaires if any |
5. | To fulfill duties and responsibilities related to Quality Management, Environment, Job Health and Safety, Customers Satisfaction Systems in accordance with definitions in related Handbooks and Quality Management System documentations |
