In respect of losses occurred to Mobicom Corporation from 31th March 2015 to end of the June 2015
CIRCUMSTANCES AND FINDINGS
1. Date of Loss: 01/10/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Bayangol district
Loss amount: 493,687 MNT
Cause of loss: The equipment Ericsson ONU 720 has been burnt due to electrical fluctuation. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement labor cost equaled to 493,687 MNT.
2. Date of Loss: 02/04/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Bayanzurkh district
Loss amount: 460,274 MNT
Cause of loss: The equipment Ericsson ONU 720 has been burnt due to high intensity of voltage. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement and labor cost equaled to 460,274 MNT.
3. Date of Loss: 01/04/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Khan-Uul district
Loss amount: 123,923 MNT
Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT710 has been burnt due to water leakage. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement cost equal to 123,923 MNT.

Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Bayanzurkh district
Loss amount: 646,779 MNT
Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT710 was stolen. The replacement cost equals to 646,779 MNT
5. Date of Loss: 04/22/2015
Location of loss: Darkhan-Uul province, National Grid Electricity Transmission site
Loss amount: 281,601 MNT
Cause of loss: On 22th of April 2015 by unknown external reason, accidentally the fiber optic cable cut at in the distance of 322 m from National Grid Electricity Transmission site. The repair work done by Mobicom Corporation repair teams. They replaced 2 pieces of muffle. The repiar and labor cost equaled to 281,601 MNT.
6. Date of Loss: 03/27/2015
Location of loss: Selenge province, Sukhbaatar soum 308 site
Loss amount: 709,611 MNT
Cause of loss: On 27th of March 2015, a person who was doing sewage pipe accidentally cut the fiber optic cable at the distance of 6,3 km from Sukhbaatar soum. The repair team replaced 50 meters of 12 core G.652 Sumitomo optic cable and 2 pieces of muffle. The labor, transportation and replacement cost equaled to 709,611 MNT.

Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Chingeltei district
Loss amount: 662,712 MNT
Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT 710 has been burnt due to electrical fluctuation. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement cost equaled to 662,712 MNT.

Loss amount: 103,504 MNT
Cause of loss: The muffle 144c was stolen. The replacement cost equals to 103,504 MNT.

Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT 710 has been burnt due to electrical fluctuation. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement cost equaled to 446,774 MNT.

Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT710 was stolen. The replacement cost equals to 38,622 MNT.

Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Bayangol district
Loss amount: 690,469 MNT
Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT710 has been burnt due to water leakage. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement cost equal to 690,469 MNT.
15. Date of Loss: 03/19/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan-Uul province
Loss amount: 281,607 MNT
Cause of loss: On 19th of March 2015 by unknown reason accidentally the fiber optic cable disconnected at the distance of 6,3 km from Information Communications Network LLC. The repair team replaced muffle. The repair and labor cost equaled to 281,607 MNT.
16. Date of Loss: 03/17/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Chingeltei district, 5 buudal site
Loss amount: 1,758,710 MNT
Cause of loss: The steel door and 4 pieces of metal fences were stolen. The replacement cost equals to 1,758,710 MNT.
17. Date of Loss: 04/14/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Songinokhairkhan district
Loss amount: 451,256 MNT
Cause of loss: The equipment Ericsson ONU 720 has been burnt due to water leakage. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement cost equal to 451,256 MNT.
18. Date of Loss: 04/14/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Soginokhairkhan district, 12 khoroo
Loss amount: 449,007 MNT
Cause of loss: The Cisco switch ONT 710 has been burnt due to electrical fluctuation. The repair team replaced the damaged equipment with new one. The replacement cost equaled to 449,007 MNT.
19. Date of Loss: 05/07/2015
Location of loss: Ulaanbaatar, Songinokhairkhan district, Nomin warehouse site
Loss amount: 112,727 MNT
Cause of loss: On 07th May of 2015 because of the unknown external reason, accidentally cut the fiber optic cable at the distance of 1 km from Nomin warehouse site. The repair work done by by Mobicom Corporation and “NGTech” LLC’s repair team. The repair team replaced muffle. The labor cost equaled to 112,727 MNT.
20. Date of Loss: 03/18/2015
Location of loss: Umnugovi province, Tsogttsetsii soum, Tsetsii site
Loss amount: 718,600 MNT
Cause of loss: On 18th March of 2015, network failed at Tsetsii site in Tsogttsetsii soum. The engineer were sent from Dalanzadgad soum.But he couldn't find problem. So engineer were sent from Dornogovi province. When the engineer checked the problem he found out that core of fiber optic cable has been damaged. The engineer cleaned the muffle from the unit and connected the fiber optic cable. The labor and transportation cost equaled to 718,600 MNT.
21. Date of Loss: 03/18/2015
Location of loss: Zavkhan province, Yaruu soum site
Loss amount: 10,353,874 MNT
Cause of loss: On 18th March of 2015, network failed in Yaruu soum site. Working conditions were difficult, so 2 repair team was sent from Tosontsengel and Uliastai soum. When the engineers checked the problem they found out that the fider optic cable cut at in the distance of 95 km from Telmen soum, of 5,6km from Yaruu soum. The repair team was sent from Ulaanbaatar. The repair work done by “Zavkhan” provinces ICN /Information Communication Network/’s repair team and Mobicom Corporation’s repair team, they replaced 200 meters of 12 core Samsung cable, 3 pieces of muffle and 600 meters of 12 core G.652 Sumitomo optic cable. The repair work continued for 3 days from 18th of November to 21th of December. The repair, transportation and labor cost equaled to 10,353,874 MNT.
