i want to press the point that there are several reasons which make us sure that some diets can really work. as for me the main one is when your diet fits into your life style. otherwise after finishing a diet you are sure to gain your pounds back,aren't you?

Quite so.also I think that we should find that diet which will perfectly suit our age and lifestyle.to my mind if a person start on a diet he must follow it as long as possible,because I don't see the sense to stick to it some weeks.more than that the person should decide for himself is it necessity or just fad to follow a diet,am I right?

I see what you mean but I believe that if one decided to follow a diet he would try to do it no matter whether it's a fad or not. I stick to the opinion that it is more about modern reasons of going on a diet but not about reasons of its effectiveness. Are you with me?

I'm with you,but I also think that it's silly to follow a diet some time and than give up.as you know there are many reasons why people stick to a diet and they follow their purpose but not always it do them good, because a lot of people don't know how to follow it.that's why people should to ask professional,do you follow me?

and here you are absolutely right as every diet must be personal and only professionals are able to create a diet which will work. They know all processes in our organism and how it works. Moreover, when we try to create a diet ourselves we can do a lot of harm to our organism. we may miss that all products contain a lot of nutrients which our organism needs.

Looks like that and I want to add that if you want to throw your weight you should combine it with physical work and only after that you will see a good result.I want to press one more point.if you really want to go on a diet you should plan what you are going to eat. it's best to have five or six menus to shoose from,won't you deny it?

beyond all the doubt. moreover, you should have not only 5-6 menus, but also 4-5 meals a day. If you do have it you will never be hungry, your organisnm won't starve and you'll be able to control and cut on your helpings. here i'd like to press one more point.while dieting we shouldnt set too high goals not to be so upset if you dont achieve it. Set small ones and reward yourself every week and the process of dieting wont seem to you so pity, will it&

I shouldnt say so,because if you reward yourself with small piece of chocolate for example you wont be able to resist a temptation,you understand that there are a lof of tasty dishes and why you should starve. As you know a few people can boast that they are on a diet a lot of time and it's very easy for them to follow it.I want to mention one more point.A diet should fits on our likes and dislikes,shouldn't it?

well, may be rewarding depends on your will. as for your question, you are definitely right. i believe it is clear that it is unbearable to eat watercress all the time if you hate it all your heart. it hasn't been pointed out that motivation plays a huge role in dieting. it is impossible to achieve such a high goal as losing weight without inspiration

Of course it is. Each of us should understand that keeping a diet is really serious thing and it must be well planned.we are all different and our constitutions too I want to say that if people want to follow diet they should count calories,they should know how many proteins consists or foods,do you accept my point of view?

I do. We mustn't forget about such serious things. That's why it is much more sensible to turn to a specialist to create a personal diet as it is difficult to count all the calories you've eaten during the day. As you know there must be not more than 1500. what is much more difficult is to count proteins, carbohydrates and fats. every person needs a spesial ratio of these nutrients, doesn't he?

Of course he does. To sum it up a wan to say that it's better to follow your personal diet which fits in your lifestyle,diet must be designed by profession and fits in your likes and dislikes
