Financial: Sweetland has a highly industrialized mixed economy with a per capita output equal to that of other European economies such as France, Germany, Belgium or the UK. The largest sector of the economy is services, followed by manufacturing and refining. Wages, Construction and other are high. Initial costs of a small facility would be 30$ million and a large facility $36 million.

Political: Sweetland is a member of a European Union and has stable government. Nevertheless, there has been no revolutions in the last century. The government is planning to waive tax for the first three years of the project. And there is no general elections anytime soon, so the situation should not change.

Geographic: Shipping and air costs would not be expensive, transport links are also good. There isn`t much paper work connected exporting and Importing goods.

Other: A well-educated and dynamic workforce. Literacy rate is 99%. A main problem is to provide staff with high wages. There is plenty of work in Sweetland and employees are keen to move to further career steps. Trade unions are very powerful and are supported by the state.
