I am writing regarding an introduction of a range of new products into Thaurania.

According to the market research I did, there is a substantial niche for introducing new dairy products in the country. There is just one company producing yogurts and milk, however, there are additives in the yoghurts and milk is being substantially diluted with soya milk. Apart from introducing drinking yoghurts under “Danurania” brand and with a label “Damilk” to Thaurania, I would like to develop a line of fresh fruit yoghurts, which are full with prebiotics and healthy bacteria. I am suggesting to use mango and passion fruit as yoghurts filling. For the packaging, yoghurts should be poured into a rounded plastic can, and I suggest to use red and blue colours for it.

There are no real downsides or obstacles for producing yoghurts to the full scale in Thaurania. However, 1% of population is allergic to dairy according to the last statistics results, so I suggest we produce special line for those with soya milk.

Overall, I highly recommend starting to use the plant facilities of the partner plant in upcoming months for producing yoghurts, as all its facilities had been kindly prepared. My estimation is that the first accounting year for Danurania will result in 7 million thaus (around 9.5 million dollars) benefits.
