This application is for the whole debate program (academy and tournament) – all fees will be paid at registration on June 29^th in cash (6000 KZT).

* Participation in the academy only is paid 5000 KZT fee, the tournament only – 2000 KZT.
Individuals may apply for the debate program until JUNE 1^st , 2015.
