Outlet concept | General Description and Organisation | General: A casual steakhouse with The Best Steaks in Town, grill and bar over two levels with a live band played out in the evenings to lift the tempo over two levels. Porterhouse will boast one of the most extensive collections of Bourbons, Tequilas and Malt Whiskies around the world. Premium tastes in a relaxed environment. Head Down to the Music in Porter House’s Bar to listen to Abu Dhabi’s best Bands from around the world – featuring classic and modern songs coupled with a large selection of Draft Beers on tap with a fully trained European team to serve all the guests needs.
Organisation: Restaurant Manager runs as independent outlet within hotel structure. Separate budget & P&L.
