The bearer of this letter, Victor Aspidov, is a participant of the expedition "Hitchhiking around the world", organized by the NGO "Socio-Ecological Union", Moscow, Russia.
The expedition is to explore nature, contemporary culture, traditions and way of life in Russia and other countries of the world. Center for the Peace refers to local authorities, employees of transportation companies and cultural institutions, with a request to assist members of the expedition.
