Irregular announcements

Timing of announcements in case of delay At scheduled boarding time the first announcement shall be made, informing the passenger about the potential delay giving a reason and time frame for the next announcement with further information: 1. at scheduled boarding time 2. 15 minutes after STD 3. 30 minutes after STD After the above mentioned 3 announcements new ETD should be known, so the new ETD shall be announced. In case ETD is known before only make one announcement with the delay reason and new actual time of departure. If for any reason no concrete time is known the time range between the announcements should be enlarged to twice an hour.
Announcements in case of Delays (a new ETD is not known) (to be adapted according to the reason of delay)	Good morning/evening Ladies and Gentlemen, due to xxx reason AirBerlin flight AB.... (in cooperation with S7 XXX) to.....(via) will be delayed for an indefinite time. At this moment we cannot give you an exact time of departure. Baggage Identification	Attn please For flight safety reasons a baggage identification has to be executed before departure. Therefore we ask all passengers to clearly identify their baggage to the security authorities before boarding the aircraft. Please point clearly on each single piece of personal belonging. Unidentified baggage will not be loaded into the aircraft and will be handed over to security authorities. We apologize for any inconveniences and will keep this routine as short as possible.
