«Zooming to the youth training course»

Zooming to the youth training course gathers together youth workers from Ukraine, Greece, Finland and Belarus. Topics of the training are media criticism, media literacy, media production with existing instruments and use of open source software. Training course aims to encourage youth workers to use the media as a part of youth work and give them basic skills in theory and in practice.

Dates: 2nd to the 9^th of August 2015

Place: Metsäkartano youth centre, Rautavaara Finland

NGO ‘People’ is a non-governmental organization founded in 2011 in Bila Tserkva city, Kyiv regoin, Ukraine. The main aim of is the support young people in self-development, promotion of the culture and mechanisms of dialogue and cooperation within civil society and practices of non-formal education through various local and international activities.

Practical conditions of participation

ü Committed to attend the full duration of the preparation to the activity and the activity itself

ü Able to work and communicate in English

ü Able to cover own travel cost to the venue of the project in advance. Рarticipants will get back part of the travel costs after project activity. But not more than 170 € per person.

ü Meals and accommodation will be covered by the organizers

ü Member of NGO ‘People’ and Charitable Fund ‘Pryyateli Ditey’ are free of charge. Outside comers are charged 10 EUR of administration fee
