The judicial power is led by the Supreme Court. The Constitutional Court has exclusive constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine. It consists of 18 judges which are appointed for 9 years. The Supreme Court is the highest juridical body in Ukraine. The Constitution is the main law of the country.

The most important political organization in Ukraine are the party called "Our Ukraine", which made a great contribution during the events of Orange revolution, "Party of regions", whose leader is the ex-candidate to the president of Ukraine – Viktor Yanukovych, "Blok of Yuliya Tymoshenko" whose leader is the ex-prime minister of Ukraine, "The popular party", "Social-Democratic party", "The Socialist party", "Ukrainian republican party", "For the reforms and the order", "The Green party" and others.
