1.Short and quickly finished actions time markers: last(night, week…); (year, century…) ago; yesterday etc.	Helen met her sister in a park yesterday.
2. Past longer situation	He spent the best his years in a village.
3. Repeated action in the past	I visited France about 10 years.
4. Anekdotes and stories	You know, we spent about 4 hours for walking last night.
5. Sequences of action	James came out the home, looked around and closed the door.
6. States in the past	She was very sad at the last meeting

Past Continuous
