1. Что ты здесь делаешь все это время? 2. Уже двадцать лет, как я живу в этом городе, а в сентябре исполнится ровно десять лет, как я преподаю здесь в университете. 3. Я жду тебя с самого утра. 4. Его старщая дочь уже давно работает? 5. Что вы сегодня делали с утра? - Я переводил очень интересную статью. 6. Сколько времени они обсуждают этот вопрос? 7. Северный ветер уже дует целую неделю. 8. Я устал. Целый день я работал в саду. 9. Сколько времени ты готовишься к экзаменам? - Уже месяц. 10. Чем ты занимался все это время? - Смотрел телевизор. 11. Ты слишком много пьешь кофе последнее время. 12. Ты плакала? Что случилось?

She (play) since 12 o’clock. I think she must have a rest. 3. Here you are at last! I (look) for you everywhere. 4. Why you (smile), Robert? - I (watch) your kitten. What a playful little thing it is! 5. I see you (write) letters all the morning. Is it the last letter you (write)? 6. You (sit) here for a long time. You (wait) for somebody? 7. I (try) to make up my mind for days. 8. How long you (study) English? - For three years already. 9. I (work) at my report since Monday. Now I (write) the conclusion. 10. Why is your face so red? You (run)? 11. Why you all (laugh)? Jim (tell) you his jokes? 12. It’s six o’clock. I (wait) for Ann for half an hour. I must be off now. 13. You (try) to tell me something?

But I (spend) a month in England because I (write) a book on Byron, so I (do) some research. 11. I (work) for this company since 1985. 12. I always (book) tickets well in advance. 13. I (not to want) to go for a walk now. It (rain). 14. They (paint) a new crossing on the road all morning. 15. What Alan (do)? - He (be) an accountant. He (work) in an office in town. 16. What (happen) outside, there’s a lot of noise? - The people opposite (have) a party.
