Outdoor Education is a proved methodology in Europe when working with difficult target groups. In working with young people we’ve to use a lot of non-formal methodologies.

Young people have to be challenged, motivated, and this trough experimental and experiential ways of working. The basic contemplated working methods which we will use are as:

- Ice-breaking exercises,

- Group-building and team-building exercises,

- Leadership, team-work and inclusive group-work skills development tasks,

- “Learning by doing” experiences,

- Practical challenges and skills development exercises,

- Group discussions,

- Intercultural experiences,

- Questionnaires and evaluation forms,

- Individual reflection,

Reflection groups.
