7.1 The electrical wiring assembly for the system shall be performed in compliance with the requirements of the standard documentation: Electrical Installation Regulations (ПУЭ), Construction Norms & Regulations (СНиП) 3.05.06-86 and project estimates. (Wiring and cables laying on the walls inside the guarded buildings is performed at the distance of not less than 0.1 m from the ceiling at the height of not less than 2.2 m from the floor. When laying the cables and wires at a height of less than 2.2 m from the floor, protection against mechanical damage must be provided).

7.2 Commissioning works shall be performed by an assembly and commissioning organization and shall ensure a reliable and smooth performance of all the system functions in compliance with the requirements of Branch Construction Norm ВБН B. 2.5-78.11.01-2003 “Alarm systems of security purpose”

7.3 Assembly and commissioning of the video monitoring system shall be carried out by correspondently authorized staff, employees of specialized enterprises in accordance with the requirements of Branch Construction Norm ВСН 25-09.68-85 “Systems and complexes of security fire and security and fire alarms. Rules for execution and acceptance of work”, in the following order:

- Preparation works (cleaning the buildings of any combustible materials that may erupt in the course of electric welding; planking constructions (if required); preparation of metal-sleeves for the power network protection; work-place preparation)

- road marking

- electric networks installation

- installation of electrical equipment and devices

- connection thereof to the power circuit

- commissioning works
7.4 Protective and neutral earthing of the equipment shall meet the requirements of Electrical Installation Regulations (ПУЭ), Construction Norms & Regulations СНиП 3.05.06-85, ВБН B. 2.5-78.11.01-2003 and technical documentation provided by manufacturers of the equipment and devices.

The equipment shall be connected in compliance with electrical arrangement diagrams and instructions provided by manufacturer of the equipment. Prior to the mounted system start it shall be visually inspected, the insulation resistance of electric wiring and earthing devices shall be measured.
