2) What should private individuals do in order to win a libel lawsuit?

3) Is it easier to win a libel lawsuit for public officials or private individuals?

4) What does the word combination actual malice mean?If a journalist reports something that is true, even if it damages a person’s reputation can this case be regarded as actual malice?

5) As you know “actual malice” standard was expanded from just public officials to public figures. Find some extra information and explain the significance of the New York Times v. Sullivan case. Why was this decision taken by theU.S. Supreme Court?
