3. Mr.Leming, Prosecution:
Ladies and Gentlemen! Let me present the background of the case. Quite simply, Defendant was seen near the body of his wife. So, I am going to prove that he killed his wife. Your Honor, may I call a witness,Mrs Jackson?
You are under oath,Mr.Smith.
All rise! The Honorable Judge Tornton presiding

4. J.Tornton (to Prosecution):
This court will be in recess for 15 minutes….
Your witness, Mr.Leming.

Overruled! Goes to motive!

5. Mr.Leming, Prosecution:
I call Mrs Mary Jackson, a Prosecution witness.
I’m going to adjourn the court for the day. We’ll back here at 5a.m.
Overruled! Goes to motive!
Please, be seated.

6. Clerk of the Court (to Witness):
Your Honor, I’ve pre-marked this Defense Exhibit A.
Arise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, so help you God!
Your Honor, may I call a witness,Mrs Jackson?
Objections!

7. Mrs Jackson, Witness:
So do I
Yes, I do.I saw the defendant at the crime scene on the day in question.

Neither I do

8. Mr Feldman, Defense:
All rise! The Honorable Judge Tornton presiding
Objections!Mrs Jackson is lying! My defandant was in the hospital on that day!I’ve pre-marked the Defense Exhibit A.
Please, be seated.
If he has other witnesses, let him call them!

9. Prosecution:
