SITUATION Henri Paulin calls Jan Wilson, International Marketing Director at his UK parent company, SJ Group, to invite her to a reception. He also wants to find out who else from SJ Group might like to attend.

Henri Paulin	It's on 25 September at 6 p.m. at our new offices.
Jan Wilson	Well, that date's fine with me, Henri. I'd be delighted to join you.
Henri Paulin	Oh, good. I'll send you an invitation. I was also wondering if anyone else from UK management might like to attend?
Jan Wilson	Right, OK. Well, let me have a word with George and Stephen, Henri. Can you leave it with me?
Henri Paulin	Sure. There's no hurry.
